Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@zirconia.shop.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund within 7 working days.
Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Exchange Policy
All jewelry can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase from Zirconia Diamond, with no deductions, and only once per order.
Jewelry purchased from Zirconia Diamond is eligible for services such as color correction, polishing, repair, and rhodium plating for a period of 2 years.
Please note that there may be approximately 15% to 25% polish loss on gold-plated and zirconia stone jewelry due to polishing, resizing, or repair.
Damage to zirconia stones caused by regular use will be considered as wear and tear, and the product will be treated as old jewelry.
Customers can avail exchange warranty services by presenting the original cash memo.
We provide product sales and after-sales services exclusively online. Home delivery is arranged through authorized delivery agents.
